How to make Blastvalve your Start Page
You may want to print these instructions for future reference.
While we have tried to represent the most common browsers being used today some will inevitably slip through the cracks. Fortunately, most browsers work similarly and if your browser is not here you should be able to follow one of the instructions below. If you are using an apple machine your link copy options may be different.
TIP: To find out which browser version you're using, click your browser's Help menu, and select About Navigator or Communicator or About Internet Explorer.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Version 5.x :
1. Highlight the Blastvalve Home Page Link
2. Right Click and Select Copy Shortcut
3. Click your browser's Tools menu
4. Select Internet Options
5. Click the General tab
6. Place your cursor in the Home Page section, Press CTRL-V and click OK
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Version 4.x :
1. Highlight the Blastvalve Home Page Link
2. Right Click and Select Copy Shortcut
3. Click your browser's View menu
4. Select Internet Options
5. Click the General tab
6. Place your cursor in the Home Page section, Press CTRL-V and click OK
Version 3.x and below:
1. Highlight the Blastvalve Home Page Link
2. Right Click and Select Copy Shortcut
3. Click your browser's View menu
4. Choose Options
5. Click the Navigation tab
6. Select the Start Page option from the pulldown
7. Place your cursor in the Address field box, Press CTRL-V and click OK
Netscape Navigator
Version 4.x or above:
1. Highlight the Blastvalve Home Page Link
2. Right Click and Select Copy Link Location
3. Click on the Edit menu
4. Choose Preferences
5. Under Category, click Navigator
6. Place your cursor in the Location box, press CTRL-V, and click OK
Version 3.x and below:
1. Highlight the Blastvalve Home Page Link
2. Right Click and Select Copy Link Location
3. Click on the Options menu
4. Choose General Preferences
5. Select the Appearance tab
6. In the Startup section, click Home Page Location button
7. Place your cursor in the field box, press CTRL-V, and click OK
NOTE: Next time you start up your browser, the Blastvalve home page will appear first.
When visiting another site, click your browser's Home button (top middle icon of the menu bar) to return to Blastvalve.
