• 2010 Bluegrass Balloon Festival - The 12th annual Bluegrass Balloon Festival will be held September 24-26, 2010 at Bowman Field in Louisville, Kentucky. Over 70 hot air balloons will compete and light up the sky to the delight of over 65,000 spectators. Activities include concerts, fireworks, food vendors, childrens activities, beer and wine, volleyball tournaments and more!
  
   
• Alabama Jubilee - Alabama Jubilee Hot Air Balloon Classic held on Memorial Day Weekend in Decatur, Alabama. Events include Hare and Hound race, tethered fun flight, balloon glow, arts and crafts, classic car show.
  
   
• BB&T July 4th Balloon Rally - Launch from the parade grounds of Historical Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia. Sponsored by the Lexington Rotary.
  
   
• BalloonFest 2003 - Greenwood, Mississippi balloon fest features live entertainment, balloon glows, high action bikes, motorcycle rally. Festival takes place in mid June.

• Buffalo Trace Balloon Race - Early August balloon festival in Maysville, Kentucky near the Ohio River. Features hot air balloons, skydivers, helicopter displays, stilt walkers and live entertainment plus shopping at the Kentucky produced arts & crafts fair.

• Cool Springs Ranch Balloon Classic - Early May balloon festival in Dunnellon, Florida includes lots of music, Celtic events, and 25-30 hot air balloons. Evenings feature fireworks and a balloon glow.
  
   
• Gaslight Festival - This event, which is held during mid September in Jeffersontown, KY, features 15 events including hot air ballooning, golf, live entertainment and a parade.
  
   
• Great Casey Jones Balloon Classic - Held each year in mid October, this balloon festival is one of Tennessee's largest hot air balloon events. McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport in Jackson, Tennessee is the location of this event which features competitions, entertainment, petting zoo, and hot air balloon rides.
  
   
• Highlands County Balloon Fest - Home of the Highlands County Balloon Fest to benefit the local Boys and Girls Clubs. Held in Lake Placid, Florida.
  
   
• Historic Long Branch Shenandoah Valley Balloonfest - The Shenandoah Valley Hot Air Balloon and Wine Festival is held at historic Long Branch Virginia during mid October. Balloon glow, special shaped balloons are among the sites you will see.
  
   
• Hospice League Hot Air Balloon Festival - Hospice League Horizons Balloon Festival/Airshow takes pleace in during early June in Burlington, North Carolina.
  
   
• National Balloon Rally - You are invited to attend the 30th Annual National Balloon Rally in Troutman, NC May 30-June 1. It is the second oldest Balloon Rally in the country, second only to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
  
   
• The Great Mississippi River Balloon Race - Competitions run throughout the weekend with various events taking place at 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. each day. A balloon glow and laser show are some additional highlights. This race takes place during mid October in Natchez, Mississippi.
  
   
• Touchstone Energy Balloon Festival - North Florida balloon event in early May. Rides available over beautiful Washington County, Florida. Also features lawn mower racing!
