• Maryland Preakness Balloon Fest - Hot air balloon races to celebrate the 132nd running of the Preakness Stakes May 16-19 2007.
  
   
• Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival - Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival held annually in mid September for the last 30 years.
  
   
• Cambridge Valley Balloon Festival - Mid-June balloon rally held in Cambridge, New York each summer. Their very cool posters are also for sale.
  
   
• Chautauqua Sky Jam - Jamestown, New York balloon festival held the first weekend in August each year. This is a laid back event with no competition and beautiful flying. The rolling hills of western New York and Chautauqua Lake make for a beautiful area to fly.
  
   
• Coors Light Balloon Fest - 28th Annual 93Q Coors Light Balloon Fest on June 8-10, 2007 at Jamesville Beach Park, south of Syracuse, New York. Special shapes with dozens of other hot air balloons, musicians, amusement rides and a fresh water beach.
  
   
• New Jersey Festival of Ballooning - Held annually in late July, this three day, family friendly event features 125 hot air balloons, children's entertainment, concerts, light shows, arts & crafts and more. Based at Solberg Airport in Readington, NJ.
  
   
• New Jersey Festival of Ballooning - This festival includes 125 sport and special shape balloons, vintage airplane exhibits, arts and crafts, live entertainment and fireworks display in Readington, NJ.
  
   
• New York State Festival of Balloons - The town of Dansville, New York is the place to be each Labor Day weekend, if you enjoy the beauty of a mass hot air balloon ascension and the splendor of seeing the sky filled with over 50 magnificently colored balloons!
  
   
• Sea Serpent Balloon Festival - The Sea Serpent Balloon Festival featuring hot air balloons, arts and crafts, entertainment, and much more in Perry, New York at the end of June.
  
   
• Sternwheel Regatta - This event is held at the end of August and features a sternwheeler boats, free concerts, rubber ducky race, and a fireworks display.
  
   
• The Great Wellsville Balloon Rally - 31st anniversary of this classic New York state balloon rally which allows spectators on the field with the balloons. Four planned launches with approximately forty balloons taking flight. Mid to late July, and free to the public.
  
   
• Vintage Aircraft Group Festival - Orleans Avaition Days in mid August in Albion, NY. Events include hot air balloons, airplane rides, vintage aircraft, antique cars, and live music.
  
   
• Warren County Farmers Fair - This festival occurs at the end of July. It offers balloon rides, tethered balloon rides and a traditional arts expo.
  
   
• York County Balloon Festival - With 20+ Balloons, other activities, fun for the whole family in mid-June at John Rudy County Park in York, Pennsylvania.
  
   
• Keystone International Balloon Festival - Held at Lancaster County Central Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvannia. Hosts 35 Hot Air Balloon Teams in late September. Features Hound & Hare Races, Balloon Glow, Ethnic Food Court, Antique Car Show, Crafts.
  
   
• Great Northern Catskills Balloon Festival & Air Show - This festival is held in Greenville, NY during mid August.
